4.3 Prior to processing any withdrawal, hero777 requires successful completion of KYC identity verification. KYC documentation requirements include:

5.3 You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. hero777 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from hero777's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
5.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hero777 support immediately via live chat. hero777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily restrict account access pending investigation.
5.5 hero777 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
6.1 hero777 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT (Tether). 6.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). 6.4 hero777 does not extend credit to Players. You may only wager funds that are present in your hero777 Wallet at the time of placing a bet. The Platform bears no responsibility for declined deposit transactions caused by your payment provider's systems, policies, or technical issues.
6.5 hero777 complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations applicable in the Philippines. Deposits deemed unusual or inconsistent with a Player's profile may trigger an enhanced due diligence review, during which withdrawal processing may be paused pending completion of the review.
7.1 Withdrawals may be requested by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have not completed KYC will be held pending completion of the identity verification process.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player VIP tier and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of withdrawal request.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hero777's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your hero777 Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude hero777's liability for death or personal injury caused by hero777's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 hero777 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data relating to Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at hero777.bio/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the hero777 Privacy Policy.
14.2 hero777 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improvement of the Platform's services.
14.3 hero777 does not sell Personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared with trusted third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers) only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the hero777 Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
